Moixa is hiring like crazy. One of the most interesting thing to me was just how many accents I hear in our office. I was the only designer at the company. When I started, I was sitting in the front of the office with the operations and management teams. I was interviewing some of the people and 

Once I started making designs they were handed off to the development team, the largest group in the company, which were in the back of the office. I found some great software that managed the designs and enables the handoff to developers that can keep up-to-date. I was given an incredible amount of freedom on how to do the work. 

I was there during a very busy time because there were massive changes being made to the underlying infrastructure. The systems and processes that connects and manages the batteries is a vital part of what Moixa does. It is always being updated and packed but a massive shift was needed because some parts were from when the company first started and would soon become a bottleneck.
